You have the option of integrating your existing benefits into :pxtra.
To do so, navigate to the "Company" tab and select the "Benefit Settings" menu item on the left-hand side.
The "General" section will open automatically.
In our example, we want to adjust the Recreation allowance.
Select the 3-dotted menu item at the right end of the entry "Recreational Allowance" and press the "Edit" button within the dialogue window.
You then have the option of changing the benefit to be processed by external and entering the required data.
The name of the external provider can be stored, as well as a link to the relevant agreement, so that it can be called up quickly and easily.
In principle, it is possible to switch each of the benefit modules to an external provider in order to include the benefits that are already available.
Future launch on the platform:
In a future update, there will be the possibility to add the existing benefits to the budget accordingly. This avoids the budget being exceeded in individual cases or being used for other purposes.
The following steps show a current draft of how the amounts can be deposited. The steps described, as well as representations, can change before publication.
- The employees activate the corresponding benefit in the app
- On the platform, company managers select the relevant employee from the list and then click on "Benefit" -> "External" in the left menu.
- With a click on the "Add" button, it is now possible to add the relevant data to the external benefit and to specify the period of the corresponding calculation. This ensures that the corresponding amount is credited to the available budget each month.
