How do I recognize which benefits my employees want?

:pxtra helps you to understand the benefit needs of your employees. In our dashboard you can see at first glance what percentage of your employees are interested in which benefit. You can also see which benefits you already provide in your company and how these match the wishes of your employees.

If you want to know which benefits an individual employee would like to get, go to the employee overview. To do this, click "Employees" in the top menu bar. Navigating to the "Benefits" column you can now see individually for each employee which benefits they want and which are already active.

Another variant is the display via the employee profile. To do so, either click directly on the name of the respective employee or click the "three dots" at the end of the entry and select "Edit".

As next step select "Benefits" in the left-hand menu bar.

An overview of all wished and granted benefits for this specific employee is shown now.
