Note: The configuration of the benefits should be done together with a customer support employee.
On the :pxtra platform, the company manager has the option to configure the individual benefits offered at a company level. To do so, first click "Company" in the top menu bar and then click "Benefit Settings" in the left-handed menu bar. The item "General" is automatically selected.
With a click on the "Pen" icon to the right of the respective benefit, the following properties for the benefit modules can be configured:
- Active: Yes | No --> Sets whether the benefit is available to employees or not
- External: Yes | No --> Sets whether the benefit is carried out with :pxtra or with external partners
- External Provider: --> A textfield to store the name of the external partner
- Link to external provider --> to store Link to external benefit offer that is integrated
Note: Inactive benefits are also displayed in the employee's benefits consultation process, because this is the only way to get the complete needs profile of your employees.
