How to invite employees to :pxtra?

Important: In order for employees to be able to log into the :pxtra app, they need an :pxtra account. Even if employees have already been created with all profile data in the employee overview, the employees do not have access to :pxtra before they have been invited by the company manager.

Company managers can easily invite employees via the employee overview. To do this, click "Employees" in the top menu. Then select the appropriate employees you want to invite individually. It is also possible to select and invite all employees at once.

After selecting the employees you want to invite, click the "Paper Plane" Icon in the top right.

An Email invitation will be send immediately to the corresponding employees.

Best practice hint: We recommend that the Company Manager ensure that all employee profiles are already "complete" in advance of the invitation. In the first steps of using the app, the employee can check his/her data and complete or correct if necessary.
