Benefit-Roadmap 2023

We would like to iteratively expand and complete our benefits portfolio in 2023. We are therefore planning to expand our existing benefit modules with the following benefits in 2023

1. Digital non-cash benefits solution with digital vouchers directly accessible in the app
2. Hardware: Connection of a partner for employee PC program (leasing of smartphones, tablets & laptops)
3. Jobbike: Connection of a partner for job bikes & e-bikes
4. Connection of company pension products, in particular company pension & health insurance

Note: Existing providers and benefits in these areas can already be integrated into our platform today via manual import & the API interface. The advantage of integration is that these benefit modules are taken into account for the total benefit budget, which is defined in our platform for each employee.
