We would like to iteratively expand and complete our benefits portfolio in 2023. We are therefore planning to expand our existing benefit modules with the following benefits in 2023
- Digital non-cash benefits solution with digital vouchers directly accessible in the app
- Hardware: Connection of a partner for employee PC program (leasing of smartphones, tablets & laptops)
- Jobbike: Connection of a partner for job bikes & e-bikes
- Connection of company pension products, in particular company pension & health insurance
Note: Existing providers and benefits in these areas can already be integrated into our platform today via manual import & the API interface. The advantage of integration is that these benefit modules are taken into account for the total benefit budget, which is defined in our platform for each employee.
