The company data can be stored in the "Company" area.
To do this, click on "Company" in the menu bar at the top of our platform. A menu then opens on the left in which the following sub-items can be selected and edited:
- Core data (Company Tab)
- Contact data (Company Tab)
- Locations (optional) (Company Tab)
- Departments (optional) (Company Tab)
- Cost centers (optional) (Company Tab)
- Invoice address (Payment Tab)
- Bank Account (Payment Tab)
Note: If you manage multiple companies, please provide company details for each of your companies. You can see how you can switch between your companies here.
Those company details that are not optional, are required to ensure the proper operation of our platform.
To edit the selected information for your company, click the "Pen" icon in the top right.
You can now store your data and save them by clicking "Save" in the top right corner.
