Below you find the initial onboarding process for employees:
- At the beginning, you receive an e-mail invitation with a registration link.
- Following the link, you can set yourself a password for your account
- The next step is to agree to the data protection regulations and employee terms and conditions. Consent is required to use the app and is therefore mandatory.
- After accepting the data protection regulations and employee terms and conditions, you receive an email with the app store links to the employee app from :pxtra.
- As a next step install the :pxtra app via the Apple App Store or the Google App Store.
- Sign in to the app.
- Now you can check and complete your data.
8. You then go through the benefit consultation process, which contains the following points:

- answering the Benefit Assistant's questions
- review of the recommendations of benefits
- viewing short explanatory videos & information pages for each benefit module
- make your decision for desired benefits
If your budget has already been approved, you can get started straight away and activate your benefits.
