What budget level do you recommend?

You need an orientation for the budget amount at the start of the :pxtra introduction? No problem.

We want to give our customers a colorful bouquet of benefits. We recommend a minimum budget of 50-100 € so that the various benefits can also be used and combined with each other by the employees. A top starting budget would be 150-200 € per employee & month, so that the employees really have the opportunity to select at least 2-3 benefits from the offer.

Hint: You can start with a smaller budget and increase the budget for your employees from year to year instead of regular salary increases.
