Receipt can not be uploaded

If a receipt has not been saved successfully, there may be several reasons for this.

Below you will find a list of the most common reasons and the corresponding solutions.

Invalid amount
The amount you entered exceeds your budget for the benefit. Please check the amount to be billed again.

Invalid format
Please make sure that you are using a supported file format.

If it is not possible to upload the receipt, you can send it by email to support@pxtra.de. Please state your name, the name of the company and the benefit for which you wish to submit the amount, including the amount.
