What is the company pension plan-benefit (bAV)?

We are happy to support you by putting you in touch with TPC as experts in occupational pension provision with extensive know-how and many years of experience.

How does it work?

If your company offers a company pension scheme via our app, you can select this benefit directly in our :pxtra app.

You will now be shown the most important facts about the company pension scheme in a short intro as well as a link to the company pension scheme calculator, which you can use to enter your data and see directly how high the monthly payout could be when you retire.

IMPORTANT: The information is based on estimates. To determine your individual added value of a company pension, you can request a personal company pension consultation via the app. This will be with the relevant contact person from our partner TPC who is responsible for your company.

When you click on Activate, you will be taken to a waiting screen where you can book a consultation appointment. During this appointment, you can ask all your questions about company pension plans.

Have you found a suitable company pension scheme?

Then a corresponding contract can be concluded between your employer and the insurance company.

The contract data from the company pension scheme will be stored in our system for you without much effort.

You can use your company pension plan via salary conversion.

To explain: With salary conversion, you pay a fixed amount from your gross salary into your occupational pension every month. As a rule, you choose which of the various forms of pension provision you would like to use (e.g. direct insurance as the most common form).
