How can I use the benefit Payment-in-kind?

Your company manager has released your budget and you would like to use it for benefits-in-kind?

Here you can find out how:

1. Your Budget

Depending on the amount of your benefit-in-kind budget, you can choose vouchers.

Tap the “Payment in kind” tile.

2. More information

You will now receive additional information on the topic of benefits in kind. To secure your vouchers, click on the “enable” button

3. Preview

In the following screen you will see a brief overview of your options and can put together your vouchers individually within your budget, by clicking on the button.

4. Category selection

Now choose from the different categories to plan your budget according to your wishes.

5. Selection of trading partner

You can use the small grey arrow to expand the higher-level category and select the corresponding trading partner.

6. Selection of the amount

The available amounts, will now be displayed to you and can be viewed by you as required. It is possible to use the entire amount for a voucher or only use a part of it.

7.1. Proportional use of the sum

1. If you would like a smaller amount, select the amount and confirm your selection with the "Add" button.

2. You will then see an overview of your previous planning and the remaining budget.

3. To continue planning, click on the “Payment in kind” button again.

4. After that you will see an overview of your options. You can select additional vouchers within your remaining budget.

5. To do this, click on the button. You will now see the remaining possible amounts.

6. Select the desired amount and confirm your selection with the "Add" button.

7. Repeat these steps until you have no your budget.

8.Click on “Confirm” to get the summary.

9. Click "Confirm" again to submit the order.

10. Your vouchers will then be delivered to you at the beginning of next month. Please note that this may happen with a few days delay.

7.2. Full use of the sum

1. If you want to use your entire budget, select the amount and confirm your selection with the "Add" button.

2. In the next step you will receive another summary of your budget planning. Tap Confirm Benefit Selection.

3. Your vouchers will be delivered to you at the beginning of the next month. Please note that this may happen with a few days delay.
