How will I be notified if a document is rejected?

As soon as a receipt you have submitted does not meet all the necessary criteria for submission, it will be rejected and our Customer Support team will inform you of the criteria to be met for resubmission.

In your :pxtra app, a small yellow circle is displayed at the top right of the notification bell:

This will take you to the overview of all notifications:

If you now click on the receipt, you will be given the option of uploading your receipt again in the chat that opens.
