If you already know before creating the HR sync that some of the employees should not be transferred to the :pxtra platform, please write to us at cm@pxtra.de to let us know that you need a filter option for the HR sync. We will then make the appropriate settings.
The process for creating the HR sync will then remain largely the same. The only difference is that at the end of the flow you have the option to filter according to certain criteria and thus directly set what is transmitted to us and what is not:
Examples of criteria you can filter by are:
- Legal entity
- Location
- Employment type
- Status (Active, Onboarding, Inactive, Resigned....)
- ....
