When can I downgrade my contract?
A downgrade of the benefits package (e.g., from All-in-One to Basic) is only possible at the end of the contract term. Contracts are generally concluded with a minimum term of one year.
Example:
In the case of an annual contract starting on April 1st, the annual term restarts on April 1st of the following year. Months already completed with the current benefits package are not included. A downgrade is only possible at the end of the current contract term.
