  • Payment in kind - Up to €50 for vouchers from more than 150 retail partners, or perhaps a membership to the Urban Sports Club? There's something for everyone!
  • Meal allowance - Want to support your employees and subsidize their daily meals? Then the meal allowance with a subsidy of €7.50 for up to 15 days a month is perfect for you!
  • Public transport ticket - Do your employees use public transport to get to work? With the public transport ticket benefit, you can support and encourage this while also making a statement for environmental protection.
  • Travel expenses - Based on the kilometers your employees travel between their home and workplace, you can pay a mileage allowance for their daily commute. The decisive factors here are the one-way commute in kilometers and the number of days worked in the office. For the first 20 km, €0.30 can be paid, and from the 21st kilometer onward, €0.38 per kilometer. A great way to support your employees!
  • Recreation allowance - Who wouldn't appreciate a vacation bonus? You can contribute at least €156 per year (depending on marital status and number of children) towards your employees' vacations.
  • Childcare costs - Do your employees have children not yet of school age and incur monthly childcare costs at kindergarten, with a nanny, in daycare, etc.? You can cover a portion of these costs and reimburse them through payroll with the childcare allowance.
  • Internet allowance - A reliable internet connection is practically indispensable these days. As an employer, you have the option of contributing up to €50 per month towards your employees' internet costs.
  • Telephone costs – Many employees use their private phones for work purposes, such as answering emails, making calls, or checking messages in the company chat system. With the telephone cost benefit, you can reimburse up to 20% of your employees' monthly phone bill, or a maximum of €20 per month.
