How do benefits provided through pxtra’s partners work?

To help you offer your staff an even wider range of benefits, we work with partners whose services you can access through us:

Here’s how to proceed

1. Arrange a consultation

Are you interested in one of these benefits? Email us at support@pxtra.de. We’ll then organise a joint consultation with the partner.

During the meeting, the partner will present the product to you. This will cover the general terms and conditions, implementation options and the procedure in the event of disruptions, such as parental leave or resignation. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions you may have. We’ll also be present to answer your questions about implementing the benefit in the app.

2. Review the documents and make a decision

After the meeting, the partner will send you all the relevant information and documents. This will allow you to decide at your leisure whether you’d like to include the benefit in your offering.

Good to know: Depending on your benefits package, adding a further benefit may require an upgrade to the next higher package. This may incur additional costs. You can find out at any time how many benefits each package contains and how much it costs at pxtra.de/preise.

3. Sign the framework agreement

Have you decided to offer the benefit? Then you’ll sign a framework agreement with the partner. Our Success Team will then configure the settings on our end

Bike leasing: 36 months

Hardware leasing: 24 months

Financing

You decide whether, and how much of their benefits budget, your employees are allowed to use for leasing. Financing via deferred compensation is also possible.

Activation Notification

You decide who is notified when employees activate the benefit:

Yourself: You set up the employees in the partner’s portal and invite them.

pxtra Support: We handle the administration for you.

Leasing Contracts

As soon as employees opt for a lease, you, as the employer, receive the leasing contract. We receive a copy of the contract and enter the contract details into our system. This means your employees can view their contract details in the app at any time, and the amounts appear correctly in the payroll export.
