How long does it currently take for receipts to be approved by :pxtra?
The review process currently takes approximately 1-5 business days.
Supporting documents can be submitted until the 5th of the following month.
This means that the reimbursement will be delayed by one month via payroll. This means that July supporting documents can be submitted no later than August 5th. The reimbursement will be processed with the August payroll.
Any other procedure would lead to recalculations of the payroll and create excessive workload for the payroll department.
This has no impact on you as a Company Manager, as you can create and download a monthly payroll export from our platform under the Imports/Exports tab. Simply specify the month for which you need this report.
Example:
In August, you create the August payroll export via our platform to prepare for the August payroll. The export will include the following data:
- Employee data for all non-documented benefits this month
- Employee data for all documentable benefits, including the supporting documents submitted and approved by us in the previous month (July, no later than August 5th).
